Privacy Policy
Your trust matters. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
1. Our commitment
QSMART LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is collected only to operate the STB+ application and the licence attached to your device.
The data controller is QSMART LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, registered at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For any privacy matter, contact support@qsmart-player.net.
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the service. In practice that is:

No payment card details ever reach us. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe, PayPal or BTCPay. We receive only a transaction reference and its status.
About your playlist credentials. To load your streams, STB+ must store the portal or playlist details you enter, and that can include a username and password issued by your provider. We never inspect, use or share them. If you would rather they were not held, delete the playlist from the manager and it is removed from our records.
3. How we use your data
Your information is used solely to deliver your software licence, keep your playlists available to your device, provide support, and notify you about updates or service issues.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making or behavioural tracking, and we do not build a profile of what you watch.
4. No ads, no tracking
STB+ is an ad-free application. We use no advertising technology and no third-party tracking scripts. The website uses only cookies essential to its functioning, such as remembering a session or a language preference. There are no analytics cookies unless you consent to them via the cookie notice.
6. How long we keep it

Deleting your data may deactivate your licence, since the licence is bound to the device record.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to ask us to restrict processing. Email support@qsmart-player.net and we will respond within 30 days, and usually within 7 working days.
If you are in the EEA and are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. For Norway that is Datatilsynet.
8. Security
We protect your information with HTTPS encryption in transit, access-restricted databases, and internal access limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to industry-standard practice and will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach is likely to affect your rights.
9. Children
STB+ is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Our servers are located in the European Union. QSMART LLC is established in the United States, so your data is processed by a US-registered controller using EU-based infrastructure. Where a processor transfers data outside the EEA, that transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Contact and changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page.

qsmart-player.net is the only website we operate. This policy covers that site and the STB+ application only. Any other site using our name is not ours, and we have no control over what it does with your data. Never enter your device MAC, app key, payment details or provider credentials anywhere else.
